Wireless Card Cover
has anybody had trouble with their hp pavillion laptop?
Mine has just recently developed a fault with the wireless card. Windows stopped recognising this hardware was there. I telephoned hp and was told by them that they accept the fault with their machines exist. All dv6000 models have been given an extended 2 yr warranty to cover motherboard, radio card and video card. They are collecting my machine on Monday to take it in for repair. Has anybody else had a similar or any faults with this series? Also I was told to make a backup of my files and save to disc as the machine would return reset as factory.
about 8 months ago i bought a hp pavillion laptop brand new from pc world in the uk.
i had to take it back 3 times because of continues faults.
i finally gave up and got my money back and got a desktop elsewhere,
i rest my case
