What is the frequency of baseband video signal?
can any one tell about the frequencies of base band video signal…the base band signal may be composite or component and let me know SDI video also base band or not …if so what is it frequency?

It depends on the format, where it’s
coming from; just too many variables.
A standard video signal is transmitted
as an Amplitude Modulated (AM) signal.
Digital is also AM. It is transmitted in the
range of Very High Frequencies (VHF) to
Ultra High Frequencies (UHF). These trans-
mitted frequencies are assigned by the FCC,
and are too numerous to mention here! If you
really want to know of the group or exact
frequency of a broad-casted signal, I think you
should be able to contact the Federal Communi-
cations Comission on the web for a valid, accurate
answer. Any other answers you seek can be
found in your Owner’s Manual of unit in question.
