The Riverside City Championships count for something only if you care about being the best in town — which the kids from the 12 Riverside high schools competing today at King’s hospitable new track will. “It was a blast last year,” said King coach John Corona, who is directing the meet that’s in its second year back following a 23-year hiatus.
