An iPad is 9.56 in x 7.47 in x .53 in thick.
So it will fit in your 10.2 in case.
However it will probably slap around quite a bit since that netbook case isn’t made for the iPad. If you’re going to spend a minimum of $500 on an iPad, you can afford a $30 leather padded case for it.
