Testing Base Memory from 240K to 640K and extended memory above 1MB using various patterns, what does it mean?
Hello, LEDs on my motherboard signalize that I have a system problem called “Testing Base and Extended Memory Testing base memory from 240K to 640K and extended memory above 1MB using various patterns”. My computer gets stuck at that point. Can you please tell me what it means and how to fix it? Thank you. I have MSI P35 Diamond motherboard.
How to fix it then?
It mean that the 1 meg RAM chip you have on your motherboard is not passing a simple test.
