Laptop: Can I use two hard drives to have two totally separate OS?
I have a laptop, and I was wondering if I could have, lets say, Vista on one hard drive. Then, I replace the hard drive with another notebook hard drive and install xp on it. Will I be able just change the hard drive and instantly use one or the other?
Yes. You can also configure a single hard drive to dual boot- when you turn it on you will be given a selection of either XP or Vista.
