Laptop Keyboard Skin
does keyboard skin damage?
i have heard that applying a keyboard skin to a laptop damages the keyboard as when the glue runs out and u peel off the skin , the letters written on the keys goes out with the skin.
so, should one apply the keyboard skin?

Feels great to type on. See through. Keeps the dust off of the laptop. Doesn’t move around.

None its worth the price.

I love this thing. I just spilled water on it on accident. I lifted this up and there was nothing on the keyboard. Just dried it off and put it right back on. Great product.

Had this item for about a year until I tried to wash it to no avail. Ended up having to purchase another replacement. Cost of $19.99 + shipping is quite high for this item that should only be about $5.00. It does protect the keys and keeps the keyboard looking quite new.

I saw few people complain about the price of the keyboard protector. I don’t think 20 dollars is asking to much especially when a laptop cost 2,500 dollars. I’ve had mine for over a week. It takes a while to get use to the protector, but once you do you will hardly notice it’s there. It’s a great investment if you like to snack and type at the same time.

I would call your keyboards manufacturer and ask them to recommend and cover (skin). depending on the one you choose ,you could get a cheaply made skin that can pull the letters off keys, but a quality skin should work better . good luck .
