Grey Mesh Sleeve

Which dress do you think would carry into Fall/Winter best?
I want to get a new dress (mainly because I have lots of coupons to use), but I want to make sure I’ll wear it often. So, something that works while it’s hot and something I can dress up for fall/winter. I have boots in black and grey, along with tights and cardigans for when it cools down outside.

I think that either the second or last dress would be more versatile for all seasons.
