I-130 approved How long will it take for me to get approved for I-I-765?
My mom is a green card holder and she applied for my petition on Feb2004. I am over 21 and not married. Last week on September 25th I received my approval for my I-130. Now I need to file I-485 and I-765. I still dont know my priority date by i heard that there is a long line for I-485. so in this case I need to know how long it will take to get approved for work authorization. I am currently in USA with an F1 visa.
I couldnt find a way to add a message for your responses so i will try this. I didnt know that I could fill them all at once and send it in. We worked with a lawyer who literally took our money and didnt help at all after that we got robbed by this lawyer we decided to do it by ourselves. So to be honest i didnt have any clue at all. But thanks for all your answers. I hope I will get my card in a year or so.
Less than 90 days for the I-765.
About 6 months for your interview and about a year before you get the Green Card.
