Wondering if this PC configuration is cheaper assembled or bought?
I am wondering this configuration I assembled on Newegg is cheaper by ordering it, or getting something similar from Dell or HP. The components are:

They add up to $420 before shipping. Anything already made for under $450?
Sadly, pre-built systems are usually a little cheaper than systems you build yourself (But brand name systems are just a rip-off).
But that didn’t get in the way of my $900 build. When you build it yourself, you know exactly what you’re putting in the box, and it’s suited just for your needs.
Pre built systems tend to rip you off with crappy power supplies that will die JUST after the warranty expires, or unnecessary network and sound cards that cost extra money. Major brand PCs in that price range (especially Dells) are horrible, as they try to sell big processors and lots of RAM with crappy intel integrated graphics. Seeing an overpriced Intel i7 desktop with crappy Intel HD graphic in the store makes me want to grab a sledgehammer and smash the computer, then throw up and commit suicide.
That’’s not a bad build. But just to let you know, AMD CPUs give you more bank for your buck than intels. You can probably buy an AMD triple core or quad core computer for that price.
