What is Suddenly I realized my gum?
Today I noticed a small lump on my gum with my tongue. That is in my top gum above my tooth and the size of a pea, if not smaller. It is not painful in any case at least put pressure on it, in which case I can only feel some pressure. Not everything changes color in either is pink like the rest of my gums.
