How can I prevent my knee braces from sliding down? (football)?
I use the CTi OTS pro sport knee braces from Ossur for football, and they slide down like crazy. This past year I used the black neoprene sleeves underneath and then put the brace over and taped over all 4 velcro straps and it worked most of the time but the tape was hard to manage and pretty uncomfortable! They also slipped sometimes still. What are the best ways to get these bad boys to stay up??
i had the same problem.. my fix was to take a nylon cord and once the brace was on take the cord into the back hole of the brace then out the front hole tie it around my knee cap not tight of course but just tight enough.. and it never slid down anymore
