Bergen County Police union replaces laptop stolen from BCC student
Nearly a month ago, a brazen campus mugging robbed Negeari Chavis, an 18-year-old Bergen Community College student, of her laptop computer. On Monday, Chavis, who has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, received an unexpected surprise: A replacement laptop, free of charge.
